Payments for TransLegal’s products and services may be made using different payment methods: credit card, PayPal or bank transfer (offline payment). Payment by way of bank transfer may signficantly delay the activation of your account with TransLegal and may also incur bank charges, which must be borne by the payor.

Policy for account takeover incidents
As we sell an online service which requires the user to be online for it to function, we will immediately attempt to restore the account to its rightful user. If this is not possible, we will shut the account down and cancel the subscription. A new account will then be created for the affected user. If the user has not been able to use the service for a period due to the takeover and we can see through usage logs that they normally use it regularly, we will reimburse them for the period during which they have not been able to use the service.
