The University of California Gould School of Law (USC Gould) is a leading law school located south of downtown Los Angeles in California. It has a rich 115-year history and is renowned for providing academic excellence. It enjoys the recognition of having one of the "Top 10 LLM Programs in California."
USC Gould's Master of Laws (LLM) program is open to foreign-trained lawyers who wants to get advance legal knowledge on U.S. laws and the legal system. It has a duration of one year if taken full-time. The Law School also offers a Two-Year Extended LLM program, which allows students to master legal English and learn about the U.S. legal system during the first year. For the second year, the program provides students with a thorough grounding in American law, while stimulating practical problem solving and critical thinking.
