QMUL Offering 10 Partial LLM Scholarships for Its Fall 2018 Intake

Prospective LLM students considering applying to the Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) will be glad to know that the University's School of Law is currently offering 10 partial LLM scholarships. The following LLM programs start September 2018:

  • LLM Banking and Finance Law
  • LLM Commercial and Corporate Law
  • LLM Comparative and International Dispute Resolution
  • LLM Competition Law
  • LLM Computer and Communications Law
  • LLM Criminal Justice
  • LLM International Economic Law
  • LLM Energy and Natural Resources Law
  • LLM Environmental Law
  • LLM European Law
  • LLM Human Rights Law
  • LLM Immigration Law
  • LLM Insurance Law
  • LLM Intellectual Property Law
  • LLM International Business Law
  • LLM International Shipping Law
  • LLM Master of Laws (General)
  • LLM Legal Theory
  • LLM Media Law
  • LLM Medical Law
  • LLM Public International Law
  • LLM Tax Law
  • LLM Law and Economics
  • LLM in Regulation and Compliance
  • LLM International Shipping Law – Piraeus

Partial scholarships will be awarded to deserving students and will entail the waiver of half of the tuition fee for the program amounting to £10,000. It is open to those who take the program full-time. The 10 scholarships will be extended to 5 international students and 5 UK or EU students.

To be eligible to apply for the LLM scholarship, the students must apply early to the LLM program of their choice no later than 19 February 2018. All requirements, besides the application form, must be submitted prior to the given deadline to be considered for funding. Those who have not completed their academic grades and their English language exams will be considered. It should be noted that applicants to an LLM program online are the only ones eligible for the scholarship application.

The deadline for applications for the partial scholarship is 19 March 2018, 4:00 pm GMT. To be able to apply, candidates must have received an offer for an LLM study, whether conditional or unconditional. Students who applied to the LLM program on or before 19 February 2018 but have yet to receive an offer should contact QMUL's LLM scholarship office through llmscholarships@qmul.ac.uk.
