The University of Sheffield is offering EU and UK students the Edward Bramley Excellence Postgraduate Scholarship. This is available to students admitted to a postgraduate program in the field of law offered by the University, including LLM programs. Currently, four LLM degrees are offered by the University of Sheffield School of Law, as follows:
- The Sheffiled LLM
- LLM in European Law
- LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law
- LLM in International Law and Global Justice
The recipient of the scholarship will have his tuition fee waived and will receive £7,000 for living expenses. To be eligible to apply, the candidate must be either a UK or EU student, has a 2:1 undergraduate degree, can demonstrate academic excellence, is English proficient and has relevant academic or practical experience.
The application must also receive an academic offer to study in any of University of Sheffield's full-time postgraduate programs, including the LLM degrees, which will begin September 2018. A personal statement must be submitted with the application and other requirements. Selection is highly competitive as only one scholarship will be awarded.
Applications may now be e-mailed through the University of Sheffield's website, particularly at email@example.com. A cover letter, curriculum vitae and personal statement must be sent with the application form on or before 15 June 2018. The name of applicant and title of scholarship must be indicated in the e-mail's subject line. The successful scholarship applicant will be notified before the end of July 2018.
