Lopez Levi Lowenstein Glinsky P.A., a specialized international tax consulting and forensic firm in South Florida, recently announced that Olga Vodolazschi, LLM, was promoted to Partner at the firm. When she joined Lopez Levi Lowenstein Glinsky P.A. last October, Ms. Vodolazschi started working as the Director of International Tax and held that position until recently.
Ms. Vodolazschi has an LLM degree in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law, as well as a JD degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Her areas of expertise are international tax and compliance, real estate structuring, estate planning, and immigration planning.
Ms. Vodolazschi is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, and she can very easily communicate with a great number of clients, as she is fluent in French, Romanian, Russian, and Spanish.
Olga Vodolazschi gained a lot of experience working at one of the prestigious Big Four accounting firms in a department dealing with mergers and acquisitions. After spending several years there, she decided to switch focus to the private client side. That’s why she started working at a mid-size advisory and accounting firm, where she was working with various high net-worth individuals, as well as diverse families from all across the globe.
Ms. Vodolazschi also has great advisory experience regarding U.S. real estate structuring, U.S. business presence, federal income, and estate tax implications, estate planning, inbound U.S. investment, FIRPTA compliance, and FATCA & CRS compliance.
