New Information About Miami Law School Entertainment, Arts and Sports LLM Tracks
The University of Miami School of Law has recently released new information about their three prominent LLM tracks.
There are three LLM tracks to help legal experts specialize in representation and work within entertainment, sports, and arts. These three tracks include:
Entertainment Law Track
Focused on preparing legal experts to handle motion picture finance, intellectual property, liability within social media and generally the online environment, etc.
Sports Law Track
Focused on preparing legal experts to handle representing professional sports franchises, professional and pre-professional athletes, negotiation and drafting as well as understanding general, international sports law.
Arts Law Track
Focused on preparing legal experts to handle law and policy of artists’ foundations, museum and art law, cultural property law, heritage law and taxation of exempt organizations.
This LLM program is intended for practising US attorneys, foreign lawyers and law students, current students at Miami Law and other domestic law schools and prospective JD candidates.
The program is taught by practicing attorneys and prominent faculty members with a special focus on hands-on experience and practical learning opportunities.
