The TERI School of Advanced Studies (TERI SAS) has officially invited a new batch of ambitious law students to apply for its one-year LLM program and spend the following academic year at its Centre for Post Graduate Legal Studies.
Established by the Energy and Resources Institute, a not-for-profit, fully independent, and globally recognized research institute, the TERI University is located in Vasant Kunj and offers a myriad of postgraduate programs.
In order to be considered for the enrollment in this year’s Master of Laws program, all interested applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Carry an LLB of BL degree from a certified university or institution, and
- Pass TERI’s online admission test to showcase basic legal knowledge and reasoning.
The hour-long online test will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions that will be divided into three sections: Quantitive Ability, Analytical Reasoning, and Proficiency in English. Wrong answers will invite negative marking, thus contributing to the overall score.
Students who pass the online test will be invited for an admission interview.
The registration fee is Rs. 1,250.
The admission will end on May 10, 2019, which is the last date to submit an application form. After that, the selection process will begin and aspiring candidates will be invited to take an online test on May 25 and 26. The shortlist of eligible candidates will be published on June 3, 2019.
Shortlisted candidates who meet all the aforementioned requirements and score high on TERI’s online test will be expected to show up for the admission interview in between June 11 and 14 2019.
