City University Law School’s LLM Program through Distance Learning

Besides the General LLM program offered by the City University London Law School, it also offers the LLM in International Business Law under a distance learning platform. This is in recognition of the aspirations of law practitioners who want to gain advanced legal education while continuing with their busy careers. The City Law School's distance learning LLM is designed to provide its students with specialist knowledge of key areas of law that has relevance to international business.

The online LLM in International Business Law was first launched in 2014 and is the City's first online degree program.. It offers flexibility by having three start dates, ie September, January and May. It may also be completed in as few as 15 months or up to 5 years. Since it can be completed entirely online, students need not go through a visa facilitation process.

Applications for the 2018 entry are on-going and will be accepted until 3 January 2018. The tuition fee is at £9,000 or £1,500 per module. Graduates of the online LLM may opt to continue their legal education through the City Law School's PhD or MPhil programs.
