Chad C. Carter, LLM, Will Bring His Personal Injury Law Expertise to Parker Alexander
Chad C. Carter is the newest addition to the law firm Parker Alexander, based in Monroe, Louisiana.
Having specialized in motor vehicle accidents, the accomplished civil litigator will reinforce Parker Alexander’s legal team with his expertise and experience in personal injury law.
Born in Arlington, Texas, Mr. Carter earned his undergraduate degree at Texas Christian University, after which he studied law at the Baton Rouge-based Southern University Law Center. He is a holder of an LLM degree as well, which he obtained at the US Army’s JAG School.
Carter’s first contact with North Louisiana was during his JAG years. At the time, he and his family were stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base and dreamed of returning there after Carter’s retirement from the military.
Before he became a US Air Force judge advocate, Carter worked for a state district court judge in Texas and a Baton Rouge law firm. He specialized in personal injury law during his time at one of the largest law firms in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
His expertise in this field allowed him to help US Airmen solve personal legal issues and eventually earn the rank of Colonel. Carter retired from his duties as a JAG shortly after.
Last year, the Louisiana Bar Journal published his article on the most effective litigation techniques for representing the interests of military members and their families.
“We are extremely pleased to have an attorney of Chad’s caliber ar our firm”, said a representative of Parker Alexander. “His experience in litigating personal injury claims and representing military members and their families is an asset to our practice.”
