Build a Career in Cybersecurity through GWU's LLM in National Security Law

The George Washington University Law School (GW Law) offers a number of LLM programs including the LLM in National Security and U.S. Foreign Relations Law. This program is a perfect choice for LLM aspirants who want to develop a career in cybersecurity, especially following GW Law's launch of its Cybersecurity Law Initiative a year ago.

As part of this Initiative, GW Law is planning to create within the LLM program a specialization in cybersecurity to be offered starting the Fall 2018 intake. Some of the relevant courses within this LLM program are as follows:

  • Cybersecurity Law and Policy
  • Computer Crime Law
  • Information Privacy Law
  • National Security Law
  • Homeland Security Law and Policy
  • International Money Laundering, Corruption and Terrorism

Besides the LLM in National Security and US Foreign Relations Law and the new LLM specialization on cybersecurity, GW Law also offers the follow LLM degrees:

Applications to the LLM programs are currently ongoing for the August 2018 intake. These are accepted on a rolling basis but those who want their applications prioritized, it is advisable to submit them before 15 March 2018. Applications will be accepted beyond this date based on the availability of slots and not later than 1 June 2018.
