Applications to the LLM Fall Semester at Seattle U School of Law Now Accepted

The Seattle University School of Law is inviting lawyers and legal professionals both in the U.S. and overseas to consider advancing their career opportunities through one its postgraduate programs. Included in the Law School's offerings are diverse LLM programs, as follows:

  • LLM in American Legal Studies
  • LLM in Elder Law
  • LLM in Innovation & Technology Law
  • LLM in Tribal Law & Governance
  • Master of Legal Studies (MLS)

The LLM programs are open to holders of a prior law degree, either from the U.S. or its equivalent in the student's country of origin, except for the LLM in American Legal Studies, which is designed for foreign-trained lawyers who want to be eligible to sit the U.S. bar exams. The MLS is open even to non-lawyers as long as applicants have a Bachelor's degree. MLS students may take any of the following tracks:

  • Business development
  • General studies
  • Health law
  • Innovation & technology law
  • Tribal law & governance

All LLM and MLS programs have Spring and Fall intakes and the application deadline for the Fall 2018 classes is 15 June 2018. The tuition fee for all Master's programs is $1,499 per credit, to be paid per term depending on the number of credit the student intends to take. A non-refundable tuition deposit of $250 will be required upfront one month after the admission date to ensure a place.
