Andrew E. Finkle Becomes a Marcum LLP Partner in Their Philadelphia Office
Andrew E. Finkle is a new tax leader and partner in the Transaction Advisory Services Group of Marcum LLP’s Philadelphia office, a Marcum Group branch dedicated to accounting and advisory but also specialized in providing litigation support to its clientele.
Since the beginning of this year, Marcum LLP has promoted five of the firm’s employees. Its new group of partners now includes Mark Cummings and Lindsay N. Timcke at the Boston office, Richard A. Izzi and Douglas McKay in New York, in addition to Mr. Finkle.

Mr. Finkle has been advising middle-market businesses for more than three decades, helping them with accounting-related matters, compliance, and transaction management. His day-to-day advisory services extend to tax controversy matters as well.
He is a qualified holder of three degrees – a BS in Business and Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh, a JD from the Seton University School of Law, and an LLM in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
In Marcum LLP, Mr. Finkle is at the helm of a team responsible for transaction tax advisory services, including complex business transactions such as dispositions, work-outs, bankruptcies, spin-offs, joint ventures, restructurings, acquisitions, and mergers.
