Collocations in a company law context

Please purchase the course before starting the lesson.

A collocation is the combination of words formed when two or more words are frequently used together in a way that sounds correct, but might not be expected from the meaning (e.g. a heavy fine, a redeemable share, an extraordinary audit).

When learning new vocabulary items it is useful to record its common collocations, as well as grammar words that collocate.
