xParties often enter into contracts which are subject to the satisfaction of certain outstanding conditions, known as conditions precedent (or CPs). The term conditions subsequent refers to conditions which occur after the formation of a contract. This exercise introduces the language of conditions precedent and subsequent, focusing on your vocabulary skills.
