Born: New York, NY (USA). Admitted to the New York, Texas (inactive) and Vermont Bars, and to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States and various other federal courts. Visiting Scholar in Residence, University of Stockholm 1962-63. Thereafter practiced in a leading New York law firm, was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York and then an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Houston, Texas, after which he returned to New York to practice in his own firms there, with a focus on business issues, dispute resolution, and white collar criminal defense, and remains in practice in New York and in Vermont.
