Transnational commercial law (2)

The term transnational commercial law refers to a set of international conventions, model laws and uniform trade terms that govern international commercial transactions. The term more clearly describes the area of law that international business lawyers deal with on a daily basis, as opposed to other terms associated with this area of the law, such as international law, public international law or private international law.
