This quiz tests the essential language of time periods, deadlines and delays in relation to contracts. Time can play a central role in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Contracting parties need to be clear on who expected to do what and by when, with liquidated damages clauses dealing with the consequences of missing important deadlines. Time can also be important in litigation. Most jurisdictions have strict time limits within which certain claims must be made, and the concept of time is central to a great deal of procedural law.
Thanks a lot, doing the test’s been useful!

Hi, Hanalim. I’m sorry that you didn’t find this quiz so useful. Any suggestions as to how the quizzes can be improved are always gratefully received, thanks!
Dear Matt
Whould you be so kind to reply where i can find the roght answers to this Quiz?
Hi Harialice
We don’t currently include an answer key with our quizzes. You should be given the opportunity to retry any answers that you get wrong. You will then be able to note down the correct answers (taking a screen shot may be the easiest way to do this).
Happy quizzing!
Best
Matt
