Additional Notes

  • Incidentals is a short form sometimes used instead of the complete term incidental damages. Incidental damages are damages that are reasonably related to actual damages. One example is a seller's commercially reasonable expenses for stopping delivery or caring for goods after a buyer's breach of contract.
