an official document that is used in consumer credit agreements and lease agreements to show that the consumer owes money and the the company giving credit have a security interest in specific goods in the consumer's possession. NB Chattel papers may also be electronic.
If the Debtor shall at any time hold or acquire any promissory notes or chattel paper, the Debtor shall promptly notify the Secured Party thereof.
