an official document saying that a judgment has been given in a particular case. It includes some of the main details of the judgment, includingthe court that gave the judgment, the title and number of the action, the names of the judgment creditors and judgment debtors, the amount of the judgment and costs, and the rate of interest etc
A certificate of judgment was issued by the Clerk of Courts at the request of the judgment creditor.
